2004 – 2006:   NCAA Division I Assistant Coach: Track & Field                                       University of Louisville

¨        Program  Developed all training programs for 20+ athletes in my event responsibility.

¨        Recruiting Revamped program image from embarrassment to nationally recognized by recruits.

¨        Rectuiting  Brought 8 other National Champions despite U of L’s finishing 2nd to last in previous year.

¨        Public Speaker  Featured speaker at the 2 largest high school coaches’ clinic in the country.

¨        Motivator Coached #2 freshman 400m Hurdler in NCAA, 12th overall at nationals, 2 Big East Conference Champions, and 4 athletes ranked top 15 in the world for Under 20; all University firsts.  Instrumental in the 1st ever National ranking (23rd) and responsible for 16 School records in 2 years.

¨        Chief Instructor, Air Officer Commanding (AOC) for Basic Cadet Training (BCT) Confidence course.   Associate, First Basic Cadet Training, winning the highly coveted “Commandant’s Award for excellence. 

¨        Assigned/evaluated 63 PE instructors to 300 sections for 4,000 cadets in 25 physical education courses. 

¨        Instructed over 500 cadets each year in eight different courses; named Instructor of the Semester twice.

¨        Coached most dominant hurdlers in Academy & Conference History to 6 school and 1 world record
